Academic and Research Purpose

CurveWave is provided only for academic study, research, and exploratory analysis of mathematical and statistical relationships in public data or user-supplied data.

No Financial Advice

CurveWave is not a financial adviser, investment adviser, broker, prediction system, trading signal, portfolio-management system, or decision-making system.

The App must not be used as financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, a price prediction tool, a trading model, or any other means to influence financial, investment, trading, business, or legal decisions.

License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CurveWave for personal, academic, and research purposes.

Data and Source Limitations

Market data and externally obtained data may be delayed, incomplete, inconsistent, unavailable, or incorrect. The App may use a configured backend and upstream data sources to retrieve data. Any publication, distribution, commercial use, or other reuse of externally obtained data must comply with the terms and licenses that apply to the configured backend and upstream data sources.

Subscriptions and Trials

CSV loading and CSV-based curve analysis are available without a subscription. Market-data features may require an active App Store subscription or Apple-managed trial.

Subscription purchases, trial eligibility, renewal, cancellation, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple through the user's App Store account. The subscription product may be presented as CurveWave Pro or another equivalent market-data access offer in the App Store.

User-Supplied Data

You are responsible for any data you import into the App and for ensuring that you have the right to use that data. User-imported CSV files are processed locally by this version of the App.

No Warranties

CurveWave is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the App, backend, data, calculations, charts, reconstructions, or outputs will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure, or fit for any particular purpose.

User Responsibility

Any decision, action, omission, interpretation, loss, gain, consequence, or reliance arising from use of CurveWave is entirely your own responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, [Developer Legal Name] will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, financial losses, or trading or investment losses arising from or related to use of CurveWave.

Apple App Store

If you download CurveWave from the Apple App Store, your use of the App may also be subject to Apple's applicable terms, including Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement unless a custom license agreement is provided for the App.

Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue CurveWave or its backend services at any time. We may update these Terms when the App, backend, data handling, or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted at https://curvewave-legal.pages.dev/terms-of-use.
